  • The Elks is a US Fraternal Organization founded in founded in 1868 with 800,000 current members.

    The Elks have served Veterans since WWI and established the Elks National Veterans Service Commission in 1946. The Commission has a series of US Programs including a strong initiative to combat veterans homelessness in the US For history and more information https://www.elks.org/vets/.


    The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Manila Regional Office is the only (VA) center outside the US. The center with clinic provides a scope of services to Veterans in the Philippines. Based on the Elks long standing history in the Philippines (since 1902), The Elks has pledged to assist the VA as a partner to add value to the mission of the VA and the Pledge of the Elks to never forget and always support veterans.


    Established in the US in 1899, as a provisional office for the Pacific Region in 1966 and in the Philippines in 1987, The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) is a pillar to the large established Veterans community in the Philippines. The Elks has partnered with the US VFW Department of Pacific Areas and will coordinate request such as hospital visits and other logistical assistance that may arise as communicated by the VFW, local or abroad.

  • The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veteran’s organization. Focusing on service to veterans, servicemembers and communities, the Legion evolved from a group of war-weary veterans of World War I into one of the most influential nonprofit groups in the United States. Membership swiftly grew to over 1 million, and local posts sprang up across the country. Today, membership stands at nearly 2 million in more than 13,000 posts worldwide. The posts are organized into 55 departments: one each for the 50 states, along with the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, France, Mexico and the Philippines
